I am requesting a free e-Book copy of The Sex.Com Chronicles by Charles Carreon, Copyright 2008, (the “free e-Book”) published by 1 Prime Publishing, LLC.
I confirm that I took the LSAT in September 2009, and so qualify to receive this free e-Book.
I understand that after submitting the request, I will receive an email with a link to download one and only one copy of a free e-Book, and a password that I will use to open the free e-Book. I understand that the word “sex” will not appear in the subject line of the email, nor will anything else that might suggest that the email contains material of a sexual nature.
I understand that I am free to read the e-Book, quote brief passages from it in my own writing, and keep it as long as I want.
I promise to use this e-Book exclusively for my own use, and promise not to transfer it or the password to anyone else, either free or for consideration.
I understand and agree that I am not receiving a license to reproduce, copy, distribute or sell this e-Book.
I will not try to hack the system for dispensing free e-Books.
I will not make any Internet postings that invite others to subvert or abuse the free e-Book dispensing system by, for example, falsely representing that they took the September 2009 LSAT when in fact they did not.
I agree that I will accept emails from the author and publisher of the free e-Book, and that I will be able to unsubscribe from receiving future emails through a link embedded in the emails I receive.
I understand that technical problems are always a possibility, and that it is possible that for unforeseen reasons, the free e-Book may fail to function as expected on some computer platforms. Accordingly, as a condition to receiving the free e-Book, I waive any and all claims under any legal theory against the author and publisher of the free e-Book.
